I donated whole blood for many years and blood bank I went to gave me (along with all of their donors) a card with our names and blood type on it. After about 22 years of giving blood my veins decided to make it hard to get the large needle in them so I had to stop donating. If it wasn’t for the blood bank I went to giving me a donor card with my blood type on it I don’t think that I would have given it much thought to what my blood type was. I’m O rh-neg....pretty much a universal blood type.

I don’t see the problem switching to metric system - actually I think most of the people wouldn’t even notice (despite the speed limit and temperature ) So often I ask Americans and British people how many feet one yard is or how big one feet really is - most of them just have no idea. Inhaber so often seen these Cups Americans using for cooking. They have no clue how many oz, lb or gallon they need - just one 1/2 cup 😅🤷🏼‍♂️

As much as I hate taxes, I would prefer to see a tiny tax on imperial-labeled consumer goods, vs a law forcing everyone to change. And add a required label so consumers know they are paying a tad more for the old way. Eventually, corporate board members would be shouting to CEO's et al, "but we owe it to our shareholders to pinch every last penny!" and the market would find a way to make the transition to metric.

Lol. This is nothing new, nor revolutionary, nor any significance what so ever even several decades ago. This is a fail science channel to say the least. Oh no, let's not help research about real science like finding gravitons escaping our universe, or efficient ways of manufacturing carbon nanotubes, or researching super solidified metallic form of hydrogen as super conductors at room temperature, or ionic field superposition, etc. Oh NO let's look for micrometeorites that we already got millinos of tons worth already and hold absolutely no scientific value what so ever!

in the bible God granted the chosen people to eat meat only after the flood. cows eats grass which is very harty. Insects no eats plants that are lower on the plant health scale ... not fully photosynthesizing. When a plant gets so healthy and are photosynthesizing so much insects nolonger are attracted to em. That is how a swarm of locus could eat a field down to the roots while leaving the field next door untouched. If the plants in the field next door is too healthy and is photosynthesizing much more then they no longer see it as food. So... but also having some way to digest grass if not by cow with their four stomachs then .. so we can digest grasses

Why would anybody expect a domesticated fox to act like a dog? Foxes have evolved largely solitary lives whereas wolves are social and humans can substitutes in a dogs social structure. Foxes don't have the prerequisite to turn them into dogs, but they can be fantastic pets if you take them on their own terms.
